Controller and contact

PokeRank is operated by the project owner and the enabled Twitch channels. For privacy requests, access, correction or deletion, contact the channel operator or the support address shown on the Twitch extension page.

Data we process

• Twitch username, display name, Twitch ID, channel ID and public avatar.
• Global points, XP, wins, streaks, monthly and lifetime leaderboards, Hall of Fame and seasonal snapshots.
• Quiz rounds, winning answers, missions, achievements, trainer profile, Pokedex and Shiny Dex.
• Channel-scoped data: overlays, Boss sessions, live status, Boss damage, subscriptions, Bits, bonuses and redeemed transactions.
• Telegram account-link data only if the user chooses to link Telegram and Twitch.
• Technical logs required for security, debugging, abuse prevention and service continuity.

Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the game, assigning points, maintaining global leaderboards and public profiles: performance of the requested service and legitimate interest in community management.
• Managing Bits, subscriptions and bonuses in the channel where they are used: performance of the service requested through Twitch.
• Preventing fraud, duplicate credits, spam and manipulation: legitimate interest and service security.
• Linking Telegram and Twitch: explicit user request.

Global leaderboard and channel data

PokeRank uses a global leaderboard: points earned in enabled channels may contribute to the same competitive profile. Overlays, Boss events, subscriptions, Bits and bonuses remain tied to the Twitch channel where the event happens.

Sharing and providers

Data is not sold. Some information is public in the game context, such as leaderboards, trainer profiles, Hall of Fame, Boss results and overlay messages. Twitch separately handles accounts, identity, subscriptions, Bits and payments under its own policies. Telegram processes Telegram data only if the user uses account linking.

Retention

Game data is kept as long as needed for leaderboards, seasons, security and duplicate Bits redemption prevention. Temporary Telegram codes expire automatically. Technical logs and data that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized. A deletion request may result in anonymization in historical leaderboards when full removal would compromise game integrity.

User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding data linked to their Twitch account, subject to applicable law and the public nature of leaderboards. Users may also request unlinking Telegram from their Twitch profile.

Security

PokeRank uses Twitch tokens, overlay keys and role checks to restrict sensitive features. Private overlay keys should not be shared publicly. No system is risk-free, but reasonable measures are used to protect the service.
