Use of the service

PokeRank is intended for entertainment during Twitch livestreams. By participating in the quiz, using the extension or interacting with chat commands, users accept these terms and the rules of the Twitch channel where the service is active.

Game rules

• Answers must be submitted according to the channel rules.
• Points, XP, missions, leaderboards and rewards may change for balance or maintenance.
• Spam, botting, abuse or manipulation may result in exclusion from the game, point removal or data anonymization.
• The streamer, moderators or service operator may stop, skip or modify the game when needed.

Global leaderboard

Points earned in enabled channels may contribute to one global leaderboard. Overlays, Boss events, subscriptions, Bits and bonuses remain tied to the channel where the event happens.

Bits, subscriptions and boosts

Bits may be used in the extension to receive temporary digital boosts, such as point bonuses or Boss damage. Boosts have no monetary value, are not transferable and cannot be converted into money, physical prizes or goods outside Twitch. Bits transactions are handled by Twitch.

Availability

The service may be changed, suspended or disabled at any time for maintenance, updates, technical issues or platform requests. Continuous availability of the game, overlays or leaderboards is not guaranteed.

Accounts and data

Some features require sharing Twitch identity or linking Telegram. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

PokeRank is provided as is, for entertainment purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for interruptions, loss of game data, leaderboard errors, missing bonuses or temporary incompatibilities with Twitch.
